This is the report of the Second Meeting of the Expert Group on Disaster-related Statistics in Asia and the Pacific, organized by ESCAP and Tohoku University with the support of UNDP, on 17 March 2015 in Sendai, Japan as a side event of the Third United Nations World Conference on Disaster Risk Reduction.
