First Sub-regional Course on the System of Environmental-Economic Accounting (SEEA)

The First Sub-regional Course on the System of Enivonmental-Economic Accounting was organised by the United Nations Statististical Institue for Asia and the Pacific (SIAP) and the Department of Statistics, Malaysia at the Malaysia Statistical Training Institute (ILSM), Sungkai, Perak, Malaysia
The team of lecturers for this course was comprised of: Julian Chow (UNSD Statistician), Daniel Clarke (Course Director and ESCAP Statistician), and Carl Obst (Consultant to ESCAP and former SEEA Editor). Local experts also participating in the course were Abd. Latib Talib, Director of the Economic Indicator Division of the Department of Statistics, Malaysia and Mohd. Yusof Saari, Lecturer at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM).
