Catalyzing Women’s Entrepreneurship: Nepal national consultation

ESCAP-South and South-West Asia (ESCAP-SSWA) supported ESCAP Social Development Division (ESCAP-SDD) to conduct a national consultation in Nepal on “Enabling Environment for Women’s Entrepreneurship”, which will serve as a forum for policy dialogue, capacity building and networking for key concerned stakeholders across public and private sector to discuss the needs, constraints and actions to foster women’s entrepreneurship in Nepal. The support provided by ESCAP-SSWA to ESCAP-SDD included logistics for organizing the event as well as bilateral meetings with Government officials in Nepal.
